Cal Poly’s industrial and manufacturing engineering programs ranks first among schools whose highest degree offered is a bachelor's or master's by U.S. News & World Report. The undergraduate engineering program rankings are based solely on peer assessment surveys. To appear on the undergraduate engineering survey, a school must have an undergraduate engineering program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc. (ABET).
